Rates listed below are per person sharing a room with double occupancy; inclusive of accommodation, full breakfast, & VAT, complementary Wi-Fi and individual DSTV service. Single occupancy is calculated at the double rate less a 20% discount adjustment.
All rooms and suites are large and spacious with magnificent views accross the vineyards and the Drakenstein mountains; ground floor rooms and suites have private patios and offering every comforts expected by physically challenged persons, Safety Deposit Box, HD DSTV TV, Telephone, Air Conditioning and heating, Radio, Full Bathroom with bath and large independent shower and toilet, Patio, luxury extra length king size Beds, Tea/Ground Coffee Maker, Hairdryer, Wake Up Service/Alarm Clock, Large Work Desk, Seating Area and full computer facilities including complementary WiFi. as deluxe suites which have views over Nwanedi vineyards & Paarl mountain range .
Physically challenged persons are offered a Luxury Suite in room 3, with all the comforts and facilities expected. Included dual shower with wheelchair accessable and spacious manoeuvrablity of wheelchairs offering access to the suite private patio and manor garden.
Children over 12 years accompanied by adults are welcome with an additional bed added to adults room at the rates indicated for an additional bed. Children over 14 years occupying an independant room, will be charged full rates according to tariff indicated.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY – INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:
• Deposit of 25% is required on making a reservation.
• Full payment is required for bookings 30 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, 25% penalty on accommodation, 21 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty, 14 days, 100% penalty.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY – GROUP BOOKINGS:
• A group is a minimum of 5 rooms, with a minimum of 10 paying guests.
• Provisional group bookings will be held for 21 days, thereafter a deposit of 50% is payable to confirm the reservation.
• Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will incur a 50% penalty of the amount of the accommodation paid.
• Full payment on accommodation is required no less than 60 days prior to arrival.
